    LiveScope Rod

Always crappie fished with my Tennessee handled 10 foot rods. Reels tapped near the back. Using liveScope I was very disturbed by the number of crappie leaving cover as I trolled up. Ordered a couple of ACC 13′ Crossovers. Paired each rod with the pflueger president 35. It was love at first trip. Perfect balance plus longer reach. Just over a pound fully rigged. I can single pole this set up all day. My old rod you had to catch the crappie twice. The second time with the net. Not with the ACC 13′ Crossover. I flip them right into the boat. I was so impressed I ordered three more 13′ Crossovers. Very Pleased.

    Great rod and great people!!

Good feel, plenty of backbone. Rod is very well balanced and doesn’t feel “heavy” after a day of fishing.
Met Andy Lehman at the Mr. Crappie Expo in Branson. Great guy and great service.

    13 Crossover

The first fish I caught on this pole felt like it almost knocked the pole out of my hand. I grabbed the net and horsed him to the top to find a 9″ black crappie instead of the 14″ brute I expected !

    Backbone and balance

Rod balances out well when paired with the Lews Mach 1 200 series and has the backbone to boat flip 2lb crappie with ease.

This is based on first time use so it may get better once I get used to it but….. it’s stated the rod is light weight and has good feel. It actually seems very heavy compared to other rods I have of similar build. I believe the rubber handle makes it much heavier than expected. Hopefully it gets better as I use it more.

Hey Todd, make sure you use a larger reel (2500 series). It helps counterbalance the rod and make it feel weightless. Let us know how it goes as you continue to use it.

    Perfect rod for livescope

I have fished with a lot of different rods in my hand. This rod right here takes the cake. Lite, sensitive, and the backbone to bring a Grenada giant in the boat. Whether I’m fishing a tournament or just for fun. This is the only rod I will have in my hand. It just gets the job done every time. Great product and great design ACC!!!

Love my new GS13SG CROSSOVER jigging pole!! Fish with it one time and can tell everyone that it is a great jigging pole. Great for chasing crappie with live scope. ACC CRAPPIE did a great job designing this pole.

    13 ft. crossover rod

This is a great rod for Live scope or fishing on brush piles. Paired it with a Pflueger 35 president. The rod and reel balance very well. Sensitive tip with plenty of backbone to boat flip the largest crappie in the lake. I like the rear seat and grip on this rod very much.

A little heavy for a long day but no problems swinging in those big slabs in the boat. Reel is a Pflueger Trion 20

    Sniping Crappies

Tried several long rods. I hated all of them and had given up finding one I liked. Watched several YouTube videos where guys were using your rods and liked what I saw. 3PoundFishing and Charlie Burrow. I ordered a 10 foot and liked it so well I ordered a 13. I am so hooked on this style of Crappie fishing. Awesome rods.

    My new favorite scoping pole!

I’m new to ACC Crappie Stix but I promise you that will change.
The GS13SG Crossover is very light weight with plenty of backbone! Love the super grip and the rear reel seat! Looks like I will be an ACC Crappie Stix fan for a while! Usually my arm is very fatigued after 6 hrs. of LiveScope pitching, but not with the GS13SG Crossover. First trip of the year to Arkabutla, Ms and had 1 fish at 3.04 lbs and 7 biggest fish weighing 17.77 lbs. LOVE IT!

Very sensitive yet has a backbone to get them out of the brush.

I have been using ACC for 2+ years. These are all I use now. Once you try them you will probably feel the same way. Most sensitive rod I have found but you do not sacrifice the ability to work a fish out of a tight spot. My only wish is that they had the bright orange tip like my other ACC rods. That is very helpful and makes it easy to see where the tip is in the brush.

    Great Customer Service

I purchased 2 of the GS13SG in December of 21. I had the end splinter when I hooked a nice slab crappie in the spring. I filed a warranty claim and had the replacement mailed to me within 5 business days no questions asked. Since then I have purchased an additional rod for my boat so when family and friends go we are all able to reach the brush piles.

    Use proper reel

Really like the rod. It is sensitive but yet stiff enough it’s not flimsy. Only thing is, I think I put too light of a reel on mine so it’s pretty top heavy. I bought it for using LS and seems to work good other than too heavy on the front end for the reel I’m using. Other than using too light of a reel I really like it so far.

It’s a fishing pole that does as advertised. A little heavy though. I’ve already broken 2 tips, 1 was a cat and the other was a baby 9 inch crappie. Maybe it was already cracked but who knows. Just bought the last replacement tip I’m going to buy.

    Ultimate livescope rod

My new favorite rod! I bought the 13’ crossover for a backup to my 13’ cork handle had it out for the first time today and it quickly replaced my trusty 13’ cork handle. Plenty of backbone to boat flip several 2lb fish today. Paired it with a Pflueger Supreme Spinning Reel – 30 Size and the balance blew me away little to no fatigue after 6 hours on the water. Yet another fantastic product from a top notch company!

    Back bone monster

This is my go to rod. I have caught tons of crappie on this thing. Also several big bass and huge catfish. This thing can pull most anything out of heavy cover. Still sensitive enough to catch tons bluegills! I use it from my 12′ kayak so it sees lots of water. Floats like a champ!!

Honestly got the rod without any idea how to properly use it but that has quickly changed. I’ve got a system with it that adds complexity and enjoyment over simple casting of a cork and jig. Swinging jigs in small pockets of tall grass and around tree limbs is my new found passion with this rod. The countless slabs at the end of the line speaks for itself.
