Warranty Request

ALL rods come with a free 6-month warranty. ACC Crappie Stix are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials, workmanship, and against breakage in shipping transit or under normal fishing conditions. This warranty is void if the rod is in an abused or misused condition. Accidental breaks are not covered under this warranty. 

Although it is unfortunate that you may have a defective rod or broken tip, it does happen at times. The good thing is that we are here to make sure you get the issue resolved and get you back on the water as soon as possible.
