    Awesome rods

These rods are awesome. Lite weight and strong. I own two 12’ rods, (one from acc and one from ozark rods). I stopped fishing with the ozark after buying my acc rod. It just seems to heavy compared to the acc rod. I Did break the tip section after getting hung up on a stump or something but not before catching hundreds of crappie on it.

    GS13M w/ cork handle

I highly recommend this rod. The 13’ length allows me to use 6lb test K9 Hi-Vis Flourocarbon when I slow retrieve my crappie jigs. The Rod tip is sensitive enough to feel the slightest of bites but is strong enough for the bigger aggressive fish that tend to hit jigs.

Excellent balance and plenty of backbone. Flipping 2 pounders is nothing.

    13 mid seat

Favor the 12ft crossover over this 13mid seat. Plenty of back bone. Tip seems a little stiffer than the 12. Still a great rod

All in all it’s an awesome rod. It has plenty of backbone and sensitivity. The lightweight really helps for a long day on the water. Only complaint about the rod is I wish it had the orange tip like my 12′ does.

    No net no problem

First day on Truman with my new 13 footer and boat flipped several fish over a pound and a quarter. Also , a 1.89, 2.00, and a 2.33. Rod is light in the hand, and can handle big fish with no problem!

    Weight to balance

I love the firmness of these poles. Also the overall weight is terrific. I’m wondering if adding an inch of 2 ounce weight to the butt end would take away the tip heaviness. I hold my rod for hours and hours free lining. I’m just wondering if overall weight or balance would less taxing on my hand and wrist!? I might try to modify it, just not sure if I want to mess with a good thing

    Great Reach and Backbone

This rod has great reach along with the backbone to flip slabs without them yo-yoing all around. You will not go wrong with the GS13M 13’ cork handle rod.

    Best rod on the market!!

I’ve fished almost every rod out there in tournaments and fun fishing. This rod has it all and does it all! You won’t find a better rod out there. The backbone of this rod will boat flip any 3 pound fish you throw at it. The tip sensitivity is absolutely unreal. You can literally feel the lightest bites and the hardest thumps. If you’re not catching fish on an ACC rod then you’re just fishing!

    My New Favorite

Just got the GS13M last week…just in time for a trip to Truman. I also have a Huckabee and a BnM Super Stick. The ACC is by far the lightest, has the most sensitive tip, equal backbone and cost less. Was my favorite rod for LiveScoping with either minnow or jig. Boat flipped several 13″ – 15″ fish this past weekend.
