Warranty Request

All ACC Crappie Stix rods come with a free 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as breakage that occurs during shipping or under normal fishing conditions. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.

If your rod qualifies for a warranty replacement, please note that we now charge a $30 shipping and handling fee for all approved warranty claims. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but due to rising shipping costs, this step is necessary to continue offering quality support to our customers.

While it’s never ideal to deal with a broken or defective rod, we’re here to help get you back on the water as soon as possible.
