    Verdict is still out

Thought I had messed up and bought a casting rod with a spinning reel cause the eyes are so small. The first eye is large. Had to look it up when I got home to make sure I got the right pole. Bout 3rd cast I made a bird’s nest at the first eye. Gonna watch closer for the cause of that. But it did cast good and accurate. Didn’t get on any fish to measure performance.

    Great Rod

I have had the 8′ rod for about year the feel and weight is great, but I have noticed the reel seat where the cork is loose and seems to be getting worse.
