  • Dock shooting / skipping 1–1.75″ plastics or hair jigs

  • Pin-point casting along seawalls, walkways, brush edges

  • Travel/pack option for bank fishing and quick trips

FAQ

Will a 2-pc lose sensitivity?
Modern ferrules + high-modulus construction keep feel crisp; align guides carefully and seat the ferrule fully.

Fast action with tiny hooks?
The tip loads easily with 1/32–1/8 oz; Medium power protects light leaders and still turns fish.

Best reel size?
A compact 500-1000 size spinning reel balances perfectly and manages light line cleanly.

    Too light

Thought I was ordering a much heavier rod than I got. May work on smaller fish but some of these southern crappie may be in excess of the 2 lb. Mark. Disappointed
